We live much of our professional lives online, and social media platforms can help or hinder us in reaching our professional goals. You’re going to be evaluated by potential employers or clients at least partly on your social media presence, so it’s critical that you proactively put your best foot forward.
But it’s a jungle out there. A host of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube all spread a tangle of vines — hoping to grab your attention (and a share of advertising dollars). Each is a complex tool, with unique requirements, and requires you to stay on top of best practices to use them to your best advantage.
I’m a seasoned communications professional with a strategic mindset, current knowledge of social media platforms, and more than 20 years experience leveraging online technologies to help clients meet their goals.
